It is proven that dogs that are provided with off leash exercise everyday are better behaved and easier to live with. Fenced yards can help reduce indoor nuisance behaviors, improve recalls and off leash control AND keep your dog safe!
There is a lot of controversy surrounding the topic of invisible fences. We feel that it is safer for a dog to get one or two corrections then to get hit by a car or given up to a shelter. When dogs are trained properly on an invisible fence they should not get more than two corrections and can safely be contained to a yard under supervision. Invisible Fences do require training and regular equipment checks to work effectively. We do not recommend using an invisible fence to contain a dog when owners are not home to supervise. An invisible fence is not for every dog. Some dogs may have temperament or behavioral issues that may be more suited for a different type of fencing.
